Cyberabad Moves 2026 is organised by the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation, Cyberabad Police and the Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC), in partnership with the SHIFT Transport coalition. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

• Event registration: name, email, phone, age group, occupation, organisation, accessibility needs and suggestions.
• Volunteer and partner forms: contact details, organisation or institution details, how you would like to contribute and, if you choose, your logo.
• Innovation Challenge: school, college or group details, contact details, team member names and information about your entry.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To confirm your registration and send event updates.
• To plan the venue, including any accessibility arrangements.
• To contact volunteers and partners about their participation.
• To review Innovation Challenge entries, prepare certificates and announce the shortlist.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Responses are stored in a Google Sheet managed by the organising team. Access is limited to the people running Cyberabad Moves. We do not sell your information or share it with unauthorised third parties.

Photographs at the event

Cyberabad Moves is a public event. Photographs and videos may be taken at the venue and used to report on the event. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please tell a member of the team at the registration desk.

To see, correct or delete the information you shared, write to cyberabadmoves@gmail.com with your reference number.
